Sparbanken Eken and Företagsfabriken start cooperation to strengthen the development of Kronoberg’s businesses
Företagsfabriken i Kronoberg is the county’s business incubator that works with the business development of growth companies. This is done through a thorough and structured business development process called the incubation process. To ensure the development of competencies, networking and business relations in the growth companies, the business incubator is working with partners who are existing companies and organisations in Kronoberg County and want to support tomorrow’s growth companies.
Today, Sparbanken Eken and the business incubator have started the cooperation.
“We at Sparbanken Eken work with strong engagement to the region’s companies. For us it is important that companies develop so that the region is expansive and attractive to entrepreneurs, “says Leif Fransson, CEO of Sparbanken Eken.
one part of the cooperation is established with the conference room Sparbanken Eken, in the business incubator’s office area. A meeting room for companies in the incubation process as well as partners in the need of a workplace or meeting place in a creative and developing environment. The cooperation has also opened up many opportunities for the business incubator and the growth companies in Kronoberg. During recent months, the growth rate of the companies has been high. More employees and working students have led to increased the need of workplaces. Thanks to the collaboration with Sparbanken Eken, we are now able to expand our working space, thus creating even better conditions for adopting more companies for the incubation process and for existing companies to grow.
“We hope that through this partnership the growth companies will meet the needs of Sparbanken Eken’s competencies, while Sparbanken Eken will have the opportunity to develop a business relationship with growth companies as well as our other partners,” says Sebastian Bocaciu, Partner Cooperation Manager at the business incubator.
Other partners are Griffel, IBM, Länsförsäkring Kronoberg, Rosholm Dell, Swedbank, Södra, Tönnervik Crowe Horwath and almost all municipalities in Kronoberg County.
The business incubator in Kronoberg AB is owned by Linnaeus University Development, Region Kronoberg and Videum AB.
