Castle in the air that eventually hits the ground

Entrepreneurship is building castles in the air and filling them with content so that they are solid when they eventually reach the ground. “All entrepreneurs have an idea that no one else can see.”
It is Andreas Carlsson’s way of describing entrepreneurship and he talks warmly about the importance of dreaming. Dreaming to have something to work towards and to create a driving force on the way, which is rarely particularly straightforward. “Your dreams are the way to reality,” Andreas says to the business people who sit together at the Business Breakfast at Videum Science Park, to get an inspirational lecture about from Idea to success.

6 advice from Andreas to go from idea to success
1- Is there the possibility of scalability and passive income: avoid becoming too personally associated with your product by packing your idea and then step off.
2- What will it require from my time: and will it pay over time? If not – leave early.
3- Visualize the idea: Make a synopsis as early as possible.
4- Test the sustainability of the idea by pitching it
5- Customize the idea for feedback
6- Tap Door: Do not be too big to contact yourself and remember to speak the same language with other people

Andreas plays a short film that is from his early success as a songwriter. But his learning from that time, he says, is that he did not learn any of that success. He ended up in a five-year American court process, which could probably have stopped the best. But Andreas was faithful and turned this negative experience into a positive experience. As he benefited from his further career.

Five good advice to live his life after:
Have a real belief in yourself. No Gantlet is allowed: “I’m the best” is the case. See yourself as your best asset and turn negative experiences into positive experiences. Be aware that on the way from dream to the reality you will have to face multiple failures and crackers, but do not let it stop you.
Be courageous: dare take for you and contact people who you see as important partners for your idea.
Handling power keeps your steam up and gives you flow in your work to realize your dream and idea. And by showing your actions that you are driven by your idea, others will see the glow in your eyes and believe in you.
Show curiosity and listen to other people. What is it that they want to have and seek for. But listen to what they do not say, which lies between the lines.
Let others grow by sharing your experiences, such as by becoming a mentor.

Together with Magnus Lundin, Andreas has created a whole new mind in upper secondary education – where students write contracts to follow a pronounced value that is about dealing with self-awareness and humility for others. At the Academy of Music and Business in Tingsryd, you get a new generation to grow by working hard, believing in themselves to succeed in music and as entrepreneurs.
Andreas concludes inspiring lecture with the words:
“You’ve been successful in life on the day you wake up on Monday morning and feel life is exciting.”
